Where is your shop located?

I worked from home and my shop is located in North Carolina, USA.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. I ship my products to all customers across the globe. International shipping may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Domestic within the USA usually takes about 3-7 days. Due to the COVID crisis, please be aware of possible shipping delays beyond my control.

What is the payment method?

You can use Credit/Debit or PayPal. These methods are 100% safe and secure. (I don’t accept checks.)

When do you ship out orders?

I try to ship out orders every week on Tuesday, but I usually try to ship out by the next day if the order is in place as soon as possible. If orders are placed during Friday or the weekend, I will ship them out on a Tuesday as stated.

What happens if my orders arrived damaged?

All orders are packed with sincerity and love without damage before shipping. Damage may be because during shipping that is beyond my control. If severely damaged, please provide pictures and contact me at michidoanart@gmail.com. I’ll try to help in any way I can.

My orders didn’t arrive, what should I do?

Depending on your country, there might be a customs fee to pay to receive your order. If your order is lost or missing and you haven’t received it for 4-8 weeks domestically or internationally, be sure to get in touch with me as soon as possible with your order confirmation #.

My package is delayed…

Please note that your package may be delayed due to mother nature or hazards or holidays such as snowstorms, hurricanes, floods, fires, tornadoes, sinkholes, etc. Please be patient, your package will arrive. If you don’t receive it after 4 weeks, email me with your order confirmation #.

What is the return/refund policy?

Sales are final, please make sure the items you selected are what you really want. I make sure items are in good condition before I ship them out. If you already purchased it and want to return it, please contact me within 48 hours before I send the order to you. Refund on return order will take about 3-10 business days.

I ordered but realized I entered the wrong shipping address!

Please contact me right away after you ordered with the order confirmation # and your correct mailing address.
